We envision future trends in the food industry to come up with products we believe will serve our customers best. Our product development people work in coordination with food scientists and chefs to create and perfect value added items. Understanding that market demands differ by country, even by region, we’ll create a product that will work specifically for individual market tastes. This might be as simple as adding a particular flavoring, or as complex as creating a brand new product. Whether the product is for retail, foodservice, or bulk/industrial…we will formulate the product to meet our customer’s needs. Pacific Valley Foods also has several different patents for items we have invented. Now that’s innovative!!
