“Let Frozen Foods Refresh You” is one of the themes from the American Frozen Food Institute on frozen foods. Processing and freezing vegetables within hours after harvest locks in the valuable nutrients. Whereas, the produce sitting on your store shelves has likely lost much of the nutritional content. So the next time your family scowls at the sight of frozen vegetables at the dinner table, simply remind them they are not only delicious, but healthy as well. They will love you for it! |

The Pacific Northwest provides the perfect environment for growing high quality vegetables that are ideal for freezing and processing. Fields are located on both the Western and Eastern sides of Washington and Oregon. The varied climates between the East and West provide a longer growing season and help to maintain a consistent supply. Our vegetables meet or exceed every USDA grading specification. It starts with the fields, where the soil is continuously tested. From there, the product is transported to the processing plant within hours of harvest. In the plant, state of the art equipment methodically processes, freezes, and packs the vegetables per customer requirements. A variety of programs such as HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practices, Raw Product Grading & Control ensure that your product will pass through the strictest quality control measures available. In addition, complete quality control lab and microbiological testing back up the standards. The quickness of harvest to processing insures a fresh product that is often healthier than the produce in your grocery store. |
| flexibility |
Because we believe in treating each customer’s individual needs, we offer a level of flexibility and attention rarely adhered to in today’s industry. As an agricultural product, vegetables are no different from any other crop in being affected from various factors season to season. Whether it is the weather, consumer demand, or any number of influences, we understand that pricing and availability can be determined beyond our immediate control. We are unique in that we have the ability to source from beyond our main growing regions, and expand to not only other areas of the United States, but internationally as well.
